After living on mostly leftovers last week, I'm ready to get back into the swing of things! Travis will be gone for two days, so Elizabeth and I can clean out the fridge while he's gone. Here's what I'm planning for this week:
- Black-eyed peas & cornbread (Today! We didn't have them on the 1st, so better late than never, right?)
- French Onion Soup from The Pioneer Woman
- Meatloaf; mashed potatoes; green beans
