Playing in the Rain

Hurricane Alex dumped a few inches of rain on us last week and TD2 dumped four more inches on us this week, so we are saturated!

In a break from the showers, we decided to get out of the house. Elizabeth put her rain boots on had a blast!

 

 

I told her to “freeze” so I could get a good non-blurry picture of her, so that’s what she’s doing with her hands.

She did not want to go back inside, even when it started sprinkling again. It was nice to be able to go outside for a few minutes since we had been cooped up in the house for a long time because of the rain.

Now that the rain is clearing off for a few days, we’ll be fighting the mosquitoes!
