I did a lot of cooking last week since my mom was visiting, so most of the week will be spent eating leftovers. Here’s what we’re having to break up the week:
- Loco Moco; Green Beans
- Stir-fry (sirloin steak; okra; green beans; onions; bell pepper; squash); Rice
